The Korean Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (KECAN) is the umbrella organization that deals with South Korean universities and the Nepali government for matters related to South Korean education. KECAN was founded by Ganesh Sharma, who has over 12 years of experience working with more than 100 universities in South Korea. Sharma’s extensive network and expertise have been instrumental in KECAN’s role as the primary liaison between Nepali students and South Korean educational institutions.
KECAN’s current president is Bishnu Khadka, who has continued to build on the organization’s strong foundation. As the sole umbrella organization dealing with South Korean universities and the Nepali government, KECAN plays a crucial role in facilitating educational opportunities for Nepali students in South Korea. The organization’s efforts to streamline the document verification process and provide reliable guidance to aspiring students have been instrumental in promoting educational exchange between the two countries.
