After completing his studies, Ganesh moved to Nepal, where he recognised the challenges faced by students and families in navigating theeducational landscape. This inspired him to establish the Korean Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal, fostering collaboration between Nepalese and Korean educational institutions to create opportunities for students to study abroad. His efforts have opened doors for countless young people, allowing them to pursue their dreams on an international stage.

In addition to his work in education, Ganesh is the Charter President of the Lions Club of Kathmandu Laughing Buddha and an active member of Lions Club International. Through these roles, he has led numerous community service initiatives, focusing on health, education, and poverty alleviation.
